§ Supervised crews up to 40 trade workers and over 20 internal employees.
§ Designed a $1.5 million remodel in five weeks while completing a different remodel of equal size and completed construction on two $100,000 theater rooms in less than three weeks including all custom home theater equipment.
§ Awarded Best Renovation-Retail in the 2009 Madison in Business Magazine for design and construction of Madison West store.

§ Designed, organized and managed the expansion of new and existing Famous Footwear, Brown Shoe Closet, Naturalizer, and Factory Brand Shoe stores across U.S. and abroad.
§ Responsible for complete store design including finishes and layout, sign and building façade design to meet landlords and city requirements, construction document review, project and lease negotiations, project budget, building code compliance and contract employee management.
§ Aided in real estate and new property leases and selection.
§ Organized and planned annual 3 day vendor conference including activities,
meals, and lodging for 100 people
§ Successfully opened a minimum of 85 new stores and renovated a minimum of
50 stores per year.
